House of Design offers a free hour long consultation before booking. The consultation plan will include budget evaluation, your vision, design, and the services needed. We would also go over and complete a worksheet about the basics of your event (location, guest count, details, complexity, etc.) Following the consultation, you will receive a customized event design proposal with the fee based on the consultation.
If you decide to use services provided by House of Design, a $250 booking fee will be required to reserve your event date. The booking fee will then be applied to the total budget.
This package is for the day-of coordination of your rehearsal, ceremony, and reception supplemented with helpful event coordination guidance during the planning process. This package is ideal for the couple or individual who would like to plan most of the details of the wedding or event themselves but want an experienced coordinator there the day-of to handle any questions or problems that may arise and to make sure your vision of the day is carried out in every detail. We will come 4 weeks prior to your event, review all your contracts, meet with you at the venue and coordinate your event. A Lead Event Specialist will be provided on-site for 8 hours of the event for coordination of venue, vendor and guest relations.
“Meet in the Middle”
This package is for the couple that loves details but is too busy to tend to the managing, design, and crafting. This package is if you started the planning and aren't sure how much help you need. We will work with you to assess your needs, then fill in the gaps. This package is a la carte list that is incorporated into your proposal. Once the basic package is agreed upon, we start planning, then if you find out you need House of Design to cover a larger planning platform, we will provide you with options to add on to your package. Let us help you create an amazing event that reflects your individuality.
This is a Full-Service Event Planning with your Event Planner. This package is for the couple that wants to enjoy their engagement to the fullest and leave all of the planning and design to the professionals. Tell us what you want, and we will to make it so. This package provides an unmatched level of service and attention. We will ensure that your big day is stress-free and oh-so-beautiful. You will receive a Lead Event Planner and Design Assistant from start to finish. They will be working with you to develop your vision and theme, create and assist you with budget management, provide recommendations, book your vendors and it includes full of coordination.
